Why I started this program

I felt compelled to do something. I had all these ideas that were not organized, and it seemed hard for me to put everything together. What seemed to come so naturally to me after so many years of experience is hard to articulate how it all comes together, so I wrote a program about how to improve sales skills for my direct sales team. From there the program evolved into how to improve your success rate and implement a strategy by changing your perspective and habits.

I also did this for myself. How can I get better? What do I need to do to stay on track? This idea also helped me gain a better understanding of my process and learn how I could apply knowledge from my experience to continue my success.

Then I thought about my children and what knowledge I could pass on to them to use in their future. What legacy would I leave for them to carry on? What would they need to do to become successful, if they asked me?

Now I feel like I need to pay it forward by sharing my ideas to help someone else connect the dots and get to the next level of their potential. This is what you might need. You have the potential, and you can use it. You just need someone to tell you that you have the potential just like I did. I put everything together in a nice little package so anyone can understand how to apply the knowledge and learn from my experience and get to a point where they are ready to get over the hump and break out. I would say the ideas here are not groundbreaking, but the idea of connecting the dots to understand what it takes to be successful might represent a breakthrough for you. Next I want you to take this information and improve on it by implementing the ideas and applying the knowledge that I am sharing with you.

To change, you need to change the way you do things. Your mind needs to change. To get out of the slump of average, create new habits and try new things. Apply the knowledge that you are gaining and do something different from what your used to.

Everyone wants to be healthy (physically fit) and wealthy (financially fit). Everyone knows what it takes to be physically fit and financially fit. Hard work! The problem is execution and discipline. To be fit and stay that way, you need to perform continuously. You need to be disciplined and stick to a plan with consistent execution.

There is a lot of information out there, and this isn’t the only sales book that you will read. It’s a crowded space; however, you may not resonate with every speaker you hear or book that you read, but you may resonate with the message in this program. I’m not better than you, just in a different time of life and state of mind. I also am not claiming to be smarter than anyone, but I can present the information from a different perspective. At the very least if I can provide you with one piece of information that you can apply, then this program is a success.
